Severe comorbidities

Transient ischemic attack

Severe septic shock

Stroke

Stroke and coma or extensive neurologic deficit

Microbleeds or very small hemorrhagic lesions

Intracranial hemorrhage (other than microbleeds or very small hemorrhagic)

Meningitis

Meningitis and coma (rare)

Brain abscess

Brain abscess associated with intracranial hypertension

Small ICMA

Very large or enlarging ICMA
